On April 15, news broke on Instagram that TikTok personality Kyle Marisa Roth had died at age 36.

Lindsay Roth, her sister, informed followers that the circumstances surrounding Ms. Kyle Roth’s death remained unknown, writing that “as a family, we are still processing and deciding how to properly celebrate and honor her life. we don’t know what happened yet.”

Ms. Kyle Roth, a colon cancer survivor, had been public about her past battle with the disease. However, there had been no recent updates about her health, leaving her condition unclear.

Her sister described Ms. Kyle Roth’s multifaceted persona, saying “she touched so many people with her humor, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more—she had so many gifts,” Ms. Lindsay Roth wrote. She extended an invitation to reminisce about the TikTok star, stating that “if anyone wants to connect about Kyle, im here to talk and share memories.”

Ms. Lindsay Roth pledged to keep fans informed about forthcoming memorials, emphasizing her empathy for those touched by her sister’s content. “Any prayers thoughts blessings or intentions for this souls smooth transition are welcomed,” she expressed.

Ms. Kyle Roth’s mother, Jacquie Cohen Roth, also addressed the tragic news, sharing her anguish on LinkedIn.

“This is not a platform for personal life shares but so many of my connections on this platform go back years, and I have a devastating loss to share,” she wrote. “My daughter Kyle has passed away. She touched some of your lives personally and some of your lives via her immense life on another platform. Kyle loved and lived fiercely. Nothing makes sense now and we'll understand more in the next few days. Be kind to one another please.”

Following the announcement, an influx of support flooded in for Ms. Kyle Roth’s family, with notable figures such as Julia Fox offering her condolences.

“I know I never met Kyle in real life, but I really felt like I knew her. I’m so devastated and have been crying ever since the news leaked on TikTok,” the “Uncut Gems” actor commented under Ms. Lindsay Roth’s Instagram post. “I hope she knew how much she touched our lives. She was a ray of sunshine and I will miss her deeply.”

In recent years, Ms. Kyle Roth had amassed over 170,000 followers by dissecting current events in pop culture and delving into celebrity gossip. She cultivated a reputation for candidly sharing her perspectives on celebrities and enigmatic Hollywood “blind items,” often punctuating her revelations with the trademark phrase, “You want more? I’ll give you more.”
